The Hollywood Reporter, GLAAD to Celebrate Pride ’25 and the 40th Anniversary of the LGBTQ Advocacy Organization

The Hollywood Reporter and GLAAD have teamed up to celebrate Pride ’25 and the 40th anniversary of GLAAD.
THR and GLAAD are hosting an invite-only bash June 11 at a West Hollywood hotspot.
Paramount+, the streaming service home to popular originals such as Yellowjackets, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and RuPaul’s Drag Race, is a sponsor of this year’s event.
The exclusive celebration will feature special celebrity guests including who’s-who of the WeHo scene, along with top talent from LGBTQ TV and entertainment.
The celebration also follows on the heels of the WeHo Pride and L.A. Pride parades, scheduled for June 1 and 8, respectively.
GLAAD has worked for four decades to secure fair, accurate and diverse representation of the LGBTQ community in the media and entertainment industries and to advocate for LGBTQ equality.
Founded in 1985 by Vito Russo, author of The Celluloid Closet, and other LGBTQ advocates, GLAAD works with leaders in television, film, gaming, news, business, journalism and more to lead the global conversation and ensure authentic and diverse LGBTQ stories are seen and heard.
GLAAD rewrites the script for LGBTQ acceptance. As a dynamic media force, GLAAD tackles tough issues to shape the narrative and provoke dialogue that leads to cultural change. GLAAD protects all that has been accomplished and creates a world where everyone can live the life they love.
This event joins The Hollywood Reporter’s portfolio of world-class event programming, following the inaugural Creators A-List party, presented by iHeartRadio and sponsored by Coca-Cola, Meta and Gersh; the return of its star-studded Emmy Nominees Night party, co-hosted with SAG-AFTRA and sponsored by Glenfiddich, Heineken and Shake Shack; and its third annual Raising Our Voices luncheon, presented by STARZ #TakeTheLead.
