Alyssa Milano Goes Makeup-Free in 52nd Birthday Selfie: Read Her Empowering Message

Alyssa Milano is celebrating her birthday with a makeup-free moment.

The actress, who turned 52 on Thursday, Dec. 19, marked the occasion with a fresh-faced selfie to Instagram. In the photo, Milano rests her head on a pillow as she shows off her bare skin and glowing complexion.

“This is 52. No make up. No filters. Happiness. Sprinkle that sh-t everywhere,” she shared in the caption. “I love you all. Even the trolls. If you can hate a stranger—I can love a stranger. So…I love you.🥰”

The Charmed alum later added an explanation for her bold brows, presumably due to commenters pointing out that it looked like she had makeup on them.

“Edit: yes, my eyebrows are micro-bladed,” the star wrote.

Fans are showering Milano with praise and well-wishes in the comments of the birthday post.

“I’ve always thought you were awesome and you just get better with age!” one wrote.

Milano recently starred as Roxie Hart in Broadway’s Chicago in New York City. On Saturday, Nov. 9, Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid were seen posing with the actress (as well as her Broadway costar Kimberly Marable) in a photo she posted on Instagram. The snap appeared to be taken backstage area at the Ambassador Theater where Chicago is performed, after attending the show together.

“Bradley, Gigi, Erin, Michelle — and so many more that I don’t have pictures with,” Milano captioned the post, which also included photos of herself with actresses Erinn Westbrook and Michelle Gomez, who attended the show as well.

“Thank you to all who came out to see me in @chicagomusical tonight. And thank you to all those who waited my the stage door in the cold (brrrr). 2 more performances left. My heart is so full,” Milano continued.

On her Instagram Stories, Marable shared of meeting Cooper and Gigi: “Y’all … @milano_alyssa has the nicest friends. But the truth of it is, they’ve got the best of friends in Alyssa … SO LOVELY TO MEET YOU.”
