BravoCon 2025: Biggest Moments From Day 2

All eyes were on Lisa Vanderpump on day two of BravoCon 2025 as she gave a sneak peek at the new season and cast of Vanderpump Rules during the “Watch Party by Bravo: Vanderpump Rules Premiere” panel.

In a Q&A after the screening, Vanderpump called the cast “a wild bunch but they’re a lot of fun. One of the most important things for me is that I like them all. I really do. For all their naughtiness and their hijinks … there are other aspects to their character that you will see, things that they have been through in life that change your opinion, more sensitive sides of them. They talk about relationships, relationships with their parents. All of those characters, you see a surface, but there’s a lot more depth. Some of the history and things have been very emotionally provoking.”

The restaurateur revealed that she still thinks about her business first and then the cast comes later. “The business has to function. It has to function well. People need experience and must be able to do the job. About 70 percent of the people you see have worked there for two years. That’s why you see the existing relationships. You see the tension. If we started just casting a show and put them in, it wouldn’t feel authentic, and authenticity in any show is actually what’s going to put you in,” Vanderpump asserted.

LVP didn’t reveal how many episodes will be part of season 12, but she did say there would be one cast trip: “There’s one little outing for a few nights. That was long enough.”

In reference to the departing cast of Vanderpump Rules, many of whom are now on The Valley, LVP shared that it all became a challenge in the end.

Vanderpump Rules went on for so many years, and the problems became pretty serious. It was about relationship breakups. It was about businesses declining, marriages … We also had to deal with people who didn’t want to film together. Some people took on other things in their lives. And I always said, ‘I don’t want to go down on a sinking ship.’ I feel it’s time to pull the plug, as long as we’re all on the same page. You become emotionally invested in something and you want to hold on to it, but you don’t want to see it decline. So we pulled the plug,” she said.

The bombshells continued after hours at BravoCon 2025. During a taping of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, BravoCon: The Reading Room on Saturday night, Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge had another five-letter word for actress Jennifer Lawrence, who called her the most “toxic” housewife on the red carpet. “Bitch,” Judge told Cohen. “Bitch.” Judge was joined by RHOC cast mate Emily Simpson, Miami’s Guerdy Abraira, Below Deck alum Kate Chastain, Atlanta’s Phaedra Parks and Angela Oakley, Salt Lake City’s Angie K, Potomac’s Stacey Rusch and Shah’s alum Reza Farahan. The episode will air Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Farahan, who will be part of the new cast of The Valley: Persian Style, wasted no time getting back into the drama by sharing that he felt that Kyle Richards was the most overrated housewife.

Cohen probed Angie K about what it was like to see Mary Cosby at work in her church. “Mary’s Church is her life, God is her life. To see her in her element and just feel, feel the spirit. I’ve never been to a church like Mary’s, and to see her up there in front of her people in her element, she shined. I felt God … [it] was beautiful.” The comment comes days after TLC announced a three-part docuseries titled The Cult of the Real Housewife, exploring the Faith Temple Pentecostal Church that Cosby shares with her husband, Robert Cosby Sr.

Former Housewives Camille Meyer and Denise Richards came out at the end and Cohen complimented Meyer on getting that “Frasier money” (A reference back to a comment she made on a Friday panel where she took a dig at her ex, Grammar: “Thank you, Kelsey Grammer, for all that Frasier money.”) He also gave props to Richards for his appearance in Aka Charlie Sheen.

Cohen also teased that he is working on a new book: “It will be of high interest to all of you. If you came to BravoCon, you’re gonna love my next book. I can’t announce it yet, but it’s gonna be great.”

In related news, the network announced Saturday that the Las Culturistas Culture Awards, hosted by comedians Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang, will return to Bravo in 2026 for the second year. The Las Culturistas Culture Awards celebrate culture’s most iconic and consequential moments of the year with more than 100 unique award categories, live musical performances and unexpected celebrity guests.
