Eli Roth and Snoop Dogg’s ‘Don’t Go in That House, Bitch’ Horror Pic Co-Financed By MCT

Media Capital Technologies is set to help finance Eli Roth’s next movie, Don’t Go in That House, Bitch!, with Snoop Dogg producing and international buyers to be pitched at the Toronto Film Festival.

Also financing is Roth’s new banner, The Horror Section, which already lined up MCT as an minority stakeholder when the venture was unveiled in March 2025 to produce and distribute original films theatrically, while also branching out into horror television, gaming, podcasts and live events.

Their agreement has MCT co-financing a majority of the films on Horror Section’s slate. MCT previously helped finance Green Inferno, which Roth directed, and The Sacrament, which Roth produced.

The financing deal for Don’t Go in That House, Bitch! comes as Ice Cream Man, Roth’s first film for The Horror Section that he directed and also co-financed by MCT, wrapping a month-long shoot on Friday in Toronto ahead of a theatrical release set for 2026. That allows Roth to join WME Independent on the ground at the Toronto Film Festival this week to shop the international rights to his next film.

Roth and Dogg earlier released a fake trailer for Don’t Go in That House, Bitch!, which reunites the duo after their collaboration on Dogg’s 2012 “La La La” music video, which Roth directed. Faux horror movie trailers often don’t lead to actual production of a movie, so confirmation MCT will help finance Roth’s latest movie indicates a greenlight for cameras to eventually roll.

“There are some ideas that are so ridiculous they don’t let you sleep. I have always wanted to make the ultimate haunted house movie, but something unlike any we’ve seen – something full on insane and over the top,” Roth said in a statement, even as story details on his next movie remain under wraps.

“When I shared the idea with Snoop, he got it immediately and it was a no-brainer to make this film together. Snoop loves horror movies, and I want this to be the ultimate collab, bringing out the craziest from both of us. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you,” he added.

“We are proud to be collaborating with two trailblazing creatives – Eli Roth and Snoop Dogg – to bring Don’t Go in That House, Bitch! to life,” said MCT principals Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh, who will also produce the film, said in their own statement.

The executive producer credits are shared by Jon Schnaars, Holly Adams, Connor DiGregorio, Eli Massillon and Lorenzo Antonucci.
