Gwen Stefani Offers an Honest Look at Life with Blake Shelton: A Behind-the-Scenes Peek at Their Authentic Journey
Gwen Stefani may be accustomed to the glamor of red carpets, but she isn’t shy about getting her hands dirty. Originally from California, the “Underneath It All” singer has spent decades immersed in the glitz and glam of Hollywood. However, since marrying Blake Shelton, she has embraced the charm of farm life. The GXVE founder and the country singer met while filming The Voice in 2014 and tied the knot in 2021. Together, they are raising Gwen’s sons, Kingston (18), Zuma (16), and Apollo (11), primarily at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma.
This week, Gwen shared a glimpse of their ranch life on Instagram, posting a video from their 1,300-acre property in Tishomingo. In the clip, Gwen is in the passenger seat of their muddy Chevrolet as Blake washes off the grime by tossing buckets of water from a nearby creek. Gwen then pans the camera to capture herself in the moment.
Gwen also posted a delightful photo of herself fishing on the property. Later, she revealed that she, Blake, and her sons Zuma and Apollo had recently enjoyed a vacation in the Ozarks. She shared a video montage showcasing their stay at Big Cedar Lodge, located just south of Branson, Missouri. The montage featured their cozy stone cabin, stunning views from the dining area, and various amenities they relished during their getaway.
In her caption, she expressed, “Such an unforgettable time at @bigcedarlodge. The flowers, the food, the family memories. Thank [you] for making it all so special.” Fans quickly flocked to the comments section, expressing their joy and admiration for the family’s experiences. Comments included, “Omg this is so beautiful!!! Love seeing you guys make these memories,” and “Aw so happy for your happiness.” Another fan noted, “I think the slower pace of life and nature has made me love Gwen even more. I think she found what she had always been looking for in life with Blake and the country life.”
Gwen has previously spoken about the significant changes Blake’s presence has brought to her life. Last year, she reflected on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast about how transformative it was to welcome Apollo and subsequently join The Voice, where she met Blake. She described these moments as miracles, stating, “That was the second miracle,” in reference to joining the show, while adding, “The first miracle was getting pregnant [with Apollo]. The second was The Voice. And then the third was, obviously, meeting Blake.”
