How to Stream Tonight’s ‘Jaws’ 50th Anniversary Special Online for Free

On Friday, June 20, 1975, Jaws first opened in theaters. Marking exactly 50 years since its premiere, on Friday, June 20, 2025, NBC is hosting a celebratory 50th anniversary telecast. The three-hour special includes a screening of the film with an introduction from Spielberg himself.
The anniversary special airs on NBC at 8 p.m. PT/ET, meaning cord-cutters can watch on any live TV streaming service that carries the channel, including Fubo, DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV and Sling. Since select streamers are offering free trials, new subscribers can watch the telecast at no cost. Sling
Packages from $23 for the first month
New subscribers to Sling’s Blue plan can stream NBC at a discount, as the live TV streaming service is currently half off for the first month. This means new customers can watch Jaws with Spielberg’s special intro and everything else the Sling Blue plan has to offer for $25.50 for the first month and $50.99 monthly thereafter.
