How to Watch 2025 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships

Eight teams competed in yesterday’s NCAA gymnastics semifinals: LSU, Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, UCLA, Missouri, Michigan State and Alabama. LSU, the No. 1 seed and defending champion, along with Florida (No. 3), Michigan State (No. 8) and Alabama (No. 11) were eliminated, leaving Oklahoma, Utah, UCLA and Missouri to compete in tomorrow’s Championship Final. This marks the first time Mizzou has qualified for the finals in the program’s history.

After the two semifinals on April 17, the all-around and individual event champions were crowned. The five individual national champions were Oklahoma’s Jordan Bowers for all-around, LSU’s Kailin Chio for vault, UCLA’s Jordan Chiles for bars, Missouri’s Helen Hu for beam and UCLA’s Brooklyn Moors for floor.

The NCAA finals are on Saturday, April 19 at 4 p.m. ET, and since they air on ABC, cord-cutters can watch the competition on any live TV streaming service that carries the channel, including Fubo, DirecTV, Hulu + Live TV and Sling. It will also be available to livestream on ESPN+.
