Michael Bublé to Host 2025 Juno Awards

Michael Bublé is set to host the 2025 Juno Awards in his hometown of Vancouver, Canada, organizers said Friday.

The Canadian crooner, who is currently a coach on The Voice, will host the Junos for the third time on March 30. “I could not be happier bringing the Juno Awards home to Vancouver for 2025. The Junos are such an important part of the Canadian music industry and being able to host for the second time in my hometown makes this night mean even more to me. I’m excited to be surrounded by all the amazing talent we have from coast to coast this March,” Bublé, who has earned 15 Junos and five Grammys over his celebrated career, said in a statement.

In 2017, Bublé withdrew from hosting duties for the Brit Awards and the Juno Awards to care for his 3-year-old son after he was diagnosed with cancer. His son has since been in remission. Canadian celebrities Russell Peters and Bryan Adams replaced Bublé as hosts of the Juno Awards that year.

The homegrown rock group Sum 41 will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the 2025 Juno Awards, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences announced. Riley O’Connor, chair of Live Nation Canada, will receive the Walt Grealis Special Achievement Award in recognition of his contribution to the Canadian music industry at home and worldwide.

“We are thrilled to have Vancouver’s own, Michael Bublé back as our host for the third time. We have the distinction of hosting Sum 41’s final performance, a momentous farewell for a legendary band, and with Live Nation’s Riley O’Connor receiving the Walt Grealis Award, it’s set to be a weekend to remember, bringing fans together, across Canada and beyond,” Allan Reid, President and CEO of CARAS and The Juno Awards, said in a statement.

The 2025 Junos, to be produced by Insight Productions, will air live on the CBC network.
