Savannah Chrisley Reveals Shocking Reasons Behind Split from Robert Shriver, Accusing His Estranged Wife Lindsay of a Disturbing Plot

Savannah Chrisley is opening up about her recent breakup with ex Robert Shriver, attributing part of the turmoil to Robert’s estranged wife, Lindsay. Lindsay is currently facing serious legal issues, having been arrested in 2023 for allegedly plotting Robert’s murder. Savannah shared these insights during the latest episode of her podcast, revealing that Robert ended their relationship in early March after nearly two years of dating.

In a sneak peek from the April 15 episode of *Chrisley’s Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley*, titled “I Got Dumped,” Savannah said, “It’s been about a month and a half since Robert and I broke up. So there it is. Robert and I broke up on March 6. Not that I’m keeping track of dates or anything, but I have taken a lot of time to process things and truly grieve the loss of the relationship that I thought was gonna be where I was for the rest of my life.”

As she delves deeper into the split in the episode, Savannah places significant blame on Lindsay Shriver. She expressed her reluctance to give Lindsay the attention she seems to crave but felt it necessary to address the impact Lindsay had on their lives. “I don’t think I will ever forgive her for what she has put Robert and the boys through. I don’t believe that Robert and I would be where we were at today if she wouldn’t have caused so much mass destruction,” Savannah stated.

Savannah, who began dating Robert in September 2022, noted that he needed to work through his personal struggles before pursuing a relationship with her. “She absolutely destroyed a great man when it comes to his heart and his life, just all of it,” she remarked about Lindsay. “He deserved to get to work through all of that pain and trauma so that he could move on with his life in a healthy manner.”

Earlier reports indicated that Lindsay was arrested in the Bahamas in July 2023 after allegedly enlisting her then-boyfriend and a friend to carry out the murder plot against Robert. All three have pleaded not guilty, and her trial is set to begin in August.

Savannah mentioned that while Lindsay was detained, “life was great,” but upon her return, “the chaos came back with her.” She described Lindsay’s actions as destructive, stating, “It’s like she wanted to destroy everything in his path, her path, everyone.”

According to Savannah, Robert found the ongoing drama too overwhelming. “The chaos that she brought our way, it was too much for Robert to handle,” she explained. “So you got what you wanted. You once again destroyed another thing in your life and other people’s lives.”

Looking ahead, Savannah has vowed not to date men who are not officially divorced. She pointed out that Robert filed for divorce in April 2023, adding, “He’s no further along in his divorce today than he was the day that I met him, which is absolutely insane.”

In light of her breakup, Savannah plans to take some time to be single, although she remains in contact with Robert and his three sons. “Fortunately, the conversations with the kids haven’t stopped, which is such a weird place to be in,” she shared. “I vowed to always show up, always be there, and I was not gonna be another disappointment for them, because they’ve had a lot.”

Additionally, Savannah is currently helping to raise her younger siblings, Grayson, 18, and Chloe, 12, as their parents, Todd and Julie, serve their prison sentences.
