Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ Steakhouse Finally Has an Opening Set

The highly-anticipated culinary debut from NFL superstars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes is just around the corner!
1587 Prime, the Kansas City-based steakhouse that the pair is opening in partnership with Noble 33, will open in Summer 2025 ahead of the NFL season, PEOPLE has learned.
The new restaurant will sit inside the sleek Loews Kansas City Hotel and will feature “multi-sensory dining aspects” as well as “subtle nods” to the players themselves — after all, the name “1587” is a combination of their jersey numbers.
Buzz about the new restaurant originally began in March 2024 and was slated with an opening date of “early 2025,” though there have not been updates on an official date since then.

Kelce, 35, confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively in April 2024 that he and Mahomes, 29, were aiming for a 2025 “grand opening” and called the venture an “unbelievable opportunity.”
“[It’s] just another thing that we want to bring to Kansas City, to be able to show our appreciation for the city, knowing how much they love their food and how much they love their football,” Kelce said.
1587 Prime will have two floors and take up 10,000 square feet of space, touting several private dining rooms and a “jaw-dropping” display of meat, naturally.
“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” Mahomes said in a company release.
Kelce has stayed busy in the offseason after losing 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX to the Philadelphia Eagles this past February.
He recently renewed his status as fun “Uncle Travie” after his brother and former NFL star Jason Kelce welcomed his fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, with wife Kylie Kelce on March 30.
“Hey, little muffin! Look at you,” the Chiefs star gushed while meeting Finn on camera during an April 2 episode of his New Heights podcast. “You hanging out with Mom? Tell Ky I said hello. I’m glad everything’s going great.”
