‘Twin Peaks’ Cast Tour Unveils L.A. Stop in 2026 (Exclusive)

David Lynch may have passed away in January, but the celebration of the director’s legacy continues.
In celebration of Lynch’s birthday next year, several cast members of the beloved series he co-created with Mark Frost, Twin Peaks, will make an appearance in L.A. This “conversation with the stars” on Wednesday, Jan. 21 (one day after Lynch’s birthday) will feature a nostalgic conversation about the surreal 1990-1991 ABC small-town mystery series that was later revived in Twin Peaks: The Return on Showtime in 2017.
Headlining the event is Sheryl Lee, who played the homecoming queen Laura Palmer in the series. Her character’s murder and the murkiness surrounding it — “Who killed Laura Palmer?” was the show’s most enduring tagline — formed the initial mystery of the series.
She will be joined by Ray Wise, who portrayed Laura’s father Leland, and Dana Ashbrook, who portrayed Bobby Briggs. Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran), Harry Goaz (Deputy Andy Brennan) and Twin Peaks: The Return executive producer and longtime Lynch collaborator Sabrina Sutherland will round out the panel.
Lynch superfan and director Josh Eisenstadt will moderate the conversation at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre. Eisenstadt appeared on the Twin Peaks DVD and Blu-ray extras and at one point ran a Twin Peaks trivia game.
“Thank you all for keeping the realm of Twin Peaks alive,” Lee said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “I look forward to meeting you in the City of Angels.”
The appearance is a continuation of a cast tour that took place this past summer and fall in locations across the U.S., though conspicuously not in L.A., where Lynch lived for decades and drew inspiration for films like Mulholland Drive and Inland Empire. January’s appearance will bring the cast to the city where Lynch was a local icon, so much so that after he died, fans flocked to Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank to pay tribute and erect a shrine to the late director. (For years, Lynch went to the restaurant every day at 2:30 p.m. for a milkshake and cup of coffee.)
The L.A. event is produced by David Roy Williams Entertainment under license from Paramount Location-Based Experiences. In addition to the cast conversation, the event will feature a David Lynch tribute video.
