How to make it?
Step 1: Take 1 tablespoon of coriander, cumin, and fenugreek seeds each and soak them overnight.
Step 2: Add the seeds to 4 cups of boiling water the next morning.
Step 3: Reduce the heat and simmer it for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Now, turn the heat down and let it cool. Strain the water and add some lemon juice and honey if desired. Stir, mix, and drink.
