Eating egg or applying it: What’s better for hair growth?

First off, eggs are loaded with protein and your hair is basically made of protein (keratin, if you wanna get fancy). They also pack a punch with vitamins like biotin, A, and D, all of which your hair totally loves. When you eat eggs, these goodies get to work inside your body, feeding your hair roots. When you apply egg masks, they mostly work on the outside, smoothing and conditioning your strands. Both ways have their perks, but they do different things.
