Jesse Williams’ X Account Seemingly Hacked

Jesse Williams‘ X (formerly Twitter) account was seemingly hacked Sunday night, with the hacker posting a string of offensive tweets to the actor, producer and director’s 2.1 million followers.

In screenshots taken by The Hollywood Reporter, the presumed hacker tweeted from Williams’ official X account inappropriate comments about Sean “Diddy” Combs, Drake, Nina Dobrev, Demi Lovato and Kendall Jenner. The messages included inappropriate jokes about pedophilia and racism, and also posted nudity.

Among the tweets, the presumed hacker tweeted, “diddy had cute butt cheeks🥰” and “I miss diddy,” and also “shoutout @Drake for hooking me up with youngies.”

THR has reached out to Williams’ reps for comment.

Williams, who is best known for playing Jackson Avery on Grey’s Anatomy but also has recently produced the Academy Award-winning short, Two Distant Strangers, and the Tony Award-winning revival of Take Me Out, is not a frequent poster on X. Rather, the actor would often repost stories from established media organizations.

Williams is just the latest star to have their large official accounts hacked on X. In recent years, Anna Kendrick, Jessica Alba and Noah Schnapp have been the victim of hackers.
