Ella Beatty to Star as Lizzie Borden in ‘Monster’ Season 4 at Netflix

The fourth season of Netflix’s Monster anthology from Ryan Murphy has found its star.
Ella Beatty (Feud: Capote vs. the Swans) will play Lizzie Borden in the series, which will recount the sensational allegations that Borden killed her father and stepmother with an axe. She was acquitted at trial.
Rebecca Hall and Vicky Krieps are also set to star, playing Lizzie’s stepmother, Abby Borden, and the family’s maid Bridget Sullivan.
Beatty, Hall and Krieps have all worked with Murphy before. Beatty had a recurring part in Capote vs. the Swans, which marked the TV debut for the daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening. Hall is in Murphy’s upcoming FX series The Beauty, and Krieps will feature in season three of Monster, which stars Charlie Hunnam as serial killer Ed Gein.
More to come.
