Discover the Enigmatic Courtney Salviolo, the Low-Key Girlfriend of 1923 Star Brandon Sklenar

Brandon Sklenar, known for his role in 1923, has found love with Courtney Salviolo. In a recent interview, the actor, who has just completed filming for season two of the Western saga, shared insights about his relationship. He confirmed that he and Courtney, a 34-year-old wellness coach, have been together for the past five years. Brandon expressed that after a busy work schedule, he looks forward to unwinding at their home in Santa Barbara, California, enjoying quality time with “my dog and my girl.” Let’s take a closer look at the remarkable woman who has captured his heart.

Courtney is a certified wellness coach. According to her Instagram bio, she works as a wellness coach and personal trainer. She is the founder of The Uncommon Balance, a platform that provides personal training sessions and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) services. Courtney established her business following a challenging period of chronic pain that began in 2012. On The Uncommon Balance website, she candidly shared her journey, explaining that she was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, a condition that compresses nerves or blood vessels near the top of the ribs, resulting in pain, numbness, or tingling. “Simply put, it felt like the muscles in my sides, chest, and throat were tearing me apart,” she wrote in a post. After “years of surgeries and rehabilitation,” Courtney felt inspired to pursue her own healing journey, which led her to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist at The Energetic Health Institute and later earn a Personal Training Certification. Additionally, her website notes that she holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara.

Courtney’s dog, Aussie, is her “lifeline.” In 2022, Courtney shared a heartfelt post about her adorable mini Aussie named Remy. Sharing a photo of her 13-year-old pup, she described Remy as her “lifeline for the past 10+ years.” She reflected on how Remy stayed by her side during her struggles with chronic pain, stating, “When I started experiencing chronic pain, I felt defeated and lost. Remy stuck right by my side through every pain spell.” Courtney emphasized the importance of having an animal for support during healing processes or lifestyle transitions, noting that dogs not only provide unconditional love but also encourage movement. While Remy began as Courtney’s pet, Brandon has embraced the role of a loving dog dad since moving in with the two.

Courtney serves as Brandon’s biggest cheerleader. Though she prefers to stay out of the limelight, she has joined Brandon at several high-profile events. In August 2024, Courtney attended the It Ends With Us premiere in New York, looking stunning in a white satin dress. More recently, she was present at the Los Angeles premiere of 1923, where a sweet moment was captured of the couple sharing a kiss on the black carpet.

Brandon met Courtney on a dating app. The 34-year-old actor has openly discussed his experiences with dating apps, revealing that he met Courtney through Hinge about five years ago. During an interview, he shared, “I didn’t have Facebook; I wasn’t really into phone apps. It was right when COVID happened, and I thought, ‘Ah, how am I going to meet somebody?'”
