Sophia Bush is getting ready to scrub in.
The One Tree Hill and Chicago P.D. star will join Grey’s Anatomy season 21 in a recurring role as Dr. Cass Beckman. The trauma surgeon is amiable, fun and a little messy around the edges. She works at Seattle Presbyterian Hospital and is married to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital cardiothoracic surgeon David Beckman. At this point, it’s unclear if Dr. David Beckman will be cast as well.
Bush will make her Grey’s debut in episode six of the current season, which will air on Nov. 7.
