4 ways to bounce back from postpartum hair fall

Gooseberries, or amla, are a rich source of vitamin C and other nutrients and are known to strengthen hair follicles by keeping the roots healthy and active. Amla also retains the colour, shine, and volume of your strands. One needs to heat some coconut oil in a pan and add some raw gooseberries. Wait till they turn black, and strain the oil in a bowl. Massage your hair for 20 minutes, and wash it off with a gentle shampoo.
